Who we are, and who this website is for
Alpha 1C, LLC is a United States consulting firm that works with branded pharmaceutical manufacturers on the economics of patient copay programs. We are based in Boynton Beach, Florida, and all of our work is performed in the United States.
This website is a business to business marketing site. It is intended for professionals at pharmaceutical manufacturers and the organizations that serve them. It is not directed to patients, to consumers, or to prescribers, and we do not provide services to, communicate with, or collect information from them through this site.
What this statement covers, and what it does not
This statement covers only the information collected through this website. It does not cover the data our clients provide to us under a services agreement. That data is governed by the agreement with the client concerned and by our internal Data Privacy, Security and Confidentiality Policy. If you are a client asking about engagement data rather than about this website, your agreement is the document that applies.
What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us by completing a form on this site. There are two forms, and between them they collect:
- Your name.
- Your business email address.
- Your company name.
- Your job title.
- What you are interested in, or which white paper you are requesting.
- Whether you would like to receive our periodic articles and white papers, or would prefer that we contact you only once about this inquiry.
We do not ask for anything else. This website does not create user accounts, does not take payments, and does not ask for or accept health information, patient information, government identification numbers, or financial account details. Please do not send any of those to us through this site.
Why we collect it, and what we do with it
We use what you give us to do the thing you asked for: to answer your inquiry, to send you the white paper you requested, or to arrange a conversation. If you have asked to receive our periodic articles and white papers, we use your email address to send them, and nothing else.
If you asked us to contact you only once about a specific inquiry, that is what we do, and your details are not added to any mailing list.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it, rent it, or trade it. We do not disclose it to any third party for that party’s own marketing. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not use this website to advertise to you elsewhere on the internet.
The only circumstances in which we would disclose information collected here are to a service provider that operates this website or our email systems on our behalf and is bound to use it only for that purpose, or where we are legally required to do so.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies necessary for the site to work. This website sets cookies that keep a page session running, remember display preferences, allow the contact forms to function, and guard against spam submissions. These are set by the standard website software the site is built on.
Analytics. This website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used overall: which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and how they arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects technical information, including your internet protocol address, your device and browser type, and the pages you view. Alpha 1C uses this only to see patterns across all visitors. We do not use it to identify you, we do not combine it with anything you submit through a form on this site, and we do not use it to direct advertising at you. The data is processed by Google as our analytics provider and is subject to Google’s own terms.
What we do not do. Alpha 1C does not use advertising cookies, does not operate re-targeting or an advertising pixel, and does not use this website to advertise to you anywhere else on the internet. We do not sell or share what the analytics collects.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can prevent Google Analytics from measuring your visit by installing the browser add-on Google publishes for that purpose. Blocking cookies altogether may stop the contact forms from working.
How long we keep it
If you asked us to contact you once about a specific inquiry, we keep your details only as long as we need them to deal with that inquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us.
If you opted in to receive our periodic articles and white papers, we keep your details until you ask us to stop, and then we remove you.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to stop sending you anything, to tell you what information we hold about you from this website, to correct it, or to delete it. We will act on your request, and we will not ask you to justify it or make it difficult.
Use the contact form below to make any of these requests, and say what you would like us to do. We will confirm when it is done.
How we protect it
Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and is held in our managed Microsoft 365 environment, which is protected by unique named accounts, multi factor authentication on every account, and access limited to the people who need it. Alpha 1C has never experienced a data breach.
Children
This website is a business site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us using the form on this site and we will delete it.
Where we are, and where your information goes
Alpha 1C is a United States company. All of our personnel are United States residents, and information submitted through this website is stored and processed in United States based systems. We have no offices, affiliates, or personnel outside the United States.
Changes to this statement
If we change how this website handles personal information, we will update this statement and change the effective date at the top. The version published here is always the current one.
