We work closely with our clients to define and refine their corporate vision and strategic direction.  We know that the key to developing a winning corporate strategy is to have a clear understanding of the marketplace, how our client’s offerings fit into that marketplace today and what opportunities exist for the future.   We use a situational analysis (SWOT) as the foundation for the development of the corporate strategy since this analysis highlights the strengths to focus on as well as the weaknesses that should be addressed.  We recognize that establishing aggressive, yet attainable goals related to the corporate vision and strategy is also a key component of this process.
